Tracy Dendinger, from Washington Court House, Ohio, is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Animal Science and Agriculture Education and Wright State University with a master’s degree in School Counseling. Her career launched in July 1994, as Tracy initially served as an Agriculture Education Teacher at Miami Trace High School and Great Oaks Career Campuses, a role she held with dedication and excellence for an impressive twenty years. During her tenure, she created an interactive classroom, strong school, and student SAE, and had a prominent track record in livestock judging and parliamentary procedure CDEs.
Her passion for agricultural education and her expertise in the field were further recognized in August 2014 when she took the role of Agriculture Education Program Specialist at the Southern Ohio Educational Service Center. Here, Tracy's impact extends beyond the classroom, as she played a pivotal role in developing and enhancing agricultural education programs and teachers across the state, impacting Ohio's significant presence and success of SAE records and award applications on the national stage. Tracy also serves as an adjunct professor at Wilmington College, which is dedicated to growing and developing pre-service teachers in agricultural education.
