Official Rules
1. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the SAE Spotlight contest, submit 1 document (Deadline October 15, 2019 / entries email to info@theaet.com):
- 1) AET Single SAE report for your SAE project submitting (Found in AET accounts, Report and Single SAE Complete Report)
This can be submitted by the student themselves or their Ag Teacher can submit on their behalf.
2. PRIZES: Two (2) Winners will be selected and showcased at the National FFA Convention in the AET Booth in Teacher’s World October 30th to November 1st. The SAE product will be purchased from the student by AET and raffled off to teachers and students that visit the booth and register.
3. WINNER SELECTION:
On or about October 15, 2019, the Grand Prize winners (“Prize Winners”) will be selected from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. Potential Prize Winners will be contacted through their email address to obtain a mailing address and are required to respond within the specified time frame and meet the eligibility requirements to be considered an official Prize winner of the SAE Spotlight. A Prize Winner may forfeit their Prize if the Prize Winner does not respond within the time frame noted in the winner notification email. An alternate Prize Winner may be contacted should the Prize Winner be deemed ineligible.
4. GENERAL INFORMATION: Please include the quantity of the product you are offering from your SAE and the cost associated. Be prepared to deliver the SAE product(s) to AET either by mail or in person at the National FFA Convention. Winners will be given more information via email when they are notified that they have been selected. AET will not select and/or purchase perishable food items or animals that are a product of the SAE.
5. WINNER LIST: To receive the name of Prize Winners, send an email to info@theaet.com on or after October 15, 2019.
